Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Effective November 1, 2026. These terms apply to LAN services ordered after this date. Your accepted written quote identifies the particular project and any additional terms.
Before work begins
We confirm the document type, per-page rate, included work, formatting, maximum pages or budget, delivery method and expected completion date in writing. There is no fixed general page limit. We will not exceed your agreed page or budget limit without your agreement. No recurring subscription is created by a one-time service payment.
Delivery
Documents are delivered electronically in the format agreed in the quote, such as Word or PDF. Printed copies or postage are included only if expressly agreed and priced in advance. Let us know any filing or mailing deadline; delivery of a draft does not itself file or serve it. You are responsible for reviewing the document and arranging its submission.
Cancellations and unused payments
Contact us as soon as you want to cancel. If you cancel before authorized work starts, the LAN service payment is refundable. After work starts, you pay for authorized work already completed at the agreed rate; any prepaid balance for work not performed is refundable. We will explain the page count and calculation. Contact us about duplicate payments, overpayments or a payment made in error so we can review and correct it.
Questions about the delivered document
If a document is missing, unreadable or differs from the accepted scope, let us know the problem and your quote or payment reference. We will review the issue and discuss a correction or appropriate refund. New instructions, additional research or expanded work require a new agreement before any additional charge. A draft or research service does not guarantee a court ruling or other result.
