Quote requests and email

When you submit a request, this website saves your name, email address, optional phone number, request description, and any page, budget or summary preferences in LAN’s private request inbox. LAN uses the information to review and respond to your request and discuss a quote. The inbox requires the website owner to sign in; other visitors cannot browse requests. Submissions are also sent to FormSubmit for forwarding to dfh333777@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes the submitted information and says its submission archive retains submissions for 30 days. Email forwarding requires the business owner’s one-time activation and may be affected by service or mailbox filters. A forwarding failure does not remove a saved message from LAN’s private inbox. If you use an email link instead, your own email provider handles the message.

All form fields are optional. LAN does not reject requests for spelling, writing style, an incomplete description, or an unusual email, page-count or budget format. Please send only a brief general description; do not include confidential case materials, Social Security numbers, passwords, card numbers or bank details.

Payments and external websites

Book purchases take place on Amazon. If LAN provides a verified Stripe checkout link, payments take place on Stripe. Their privacy policies and account settings apply to information you provide there. LAN may receive transaction information needed to identify your order, confirm payment and respond to payment questions. This website has no form for collecting card numbers or bank account details.

Website operation

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Your browser communicates with the hosting provider to load pages and files.
